Where We Ship

We currently ship within South Africa only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted South African courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or loadshedding.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

PO Boxes

Courier services do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please provide a physical street address to avoid delays.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
